She started Eksekutif Sumberdaya Citra Nusantara in early 2010 after having spent more than 20 (twenty) years with a top international executive search firm. She began her career in International Executive Search firm,  Eksekutif Search Nusantara in 1990 (Affiliated with  Ward Howell International in 1990 – 1994,  Amrop International in 1994 – 1995, then in 1995 – 2006 with Horton International and IESF  from 2006 – 2008, Eksekutif Search Nusantara 2008 – December 2009).

Starting her career as Research Coordinator and rising to her last position was Managing Partner/Senior Consultant. She is the one of the few very capable people in Indonesia (or anywhere else in the world) in the sensitive and complex matters regarding professional-level staff recruitment and retention. She has worked for projects not only in Indonesia but also Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand for multinational clients. She is widely acknowledged as one of the few experts in Asia in this field, as she is intimately familiar with the professional labor market throughout Indonesia and much of Southeast Asia.

She holds Post Graduate in Business Management  from Central Queensland University, Australia.

Puji Rahayu – Senior Consultant

Puji joined Eksekutif Sumberdaya Citra Nusantara after more than 20 (Twenty) years in International Executive Firm, She began her career in International Executive Search firm, Eksekutif Search Nusantara in 1991 (Affiliated with Ward Howell International in 1991 – 1994, Amrop International in 1994 – 1995, then in 1995 – 2006 with Horton International), She went to London, United Kingdom in 2006 – 2009 to continue her Study in English Literature and Management.

Starting her career as Company Secretary, Research Coordinator & Candidate Development and her last position was Business Development Officer. As Business Development Officer she is able to gain access to the full complement of information resources required for the successful completion of all our assignments. She is responsible for all assignments within Indonesia and overseas.

She holds Bachelor of English Literature from Borobudur University, Jakarta and English Literature & Management from Trinity College, London.

Eko Widyowati Prihandini – Consultant

Wiwit  joined  Eksekutif Sumberdaya Citra Nusantara after more than 5 (Five) years in International Executive Firm, She began her career with Eksekutif Search Nusantara (2006 – 2010).She is responsible for Company Secretary and Candidate Development on all assignments within Indonesia.

She holds Bachelor of Accounting from Bina Sarana Informatika, Jakarta.
